Saurabh grew up in Delhi and did his schooling from the prestigious The Mothers International School and then went on to graduate in Finance from ShaheedSukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University and attain First Class Degree Bachelors in Finance and Investment Analysis (BFIA). He then spent a year to work in Leading Mumbai Bank and then went on to complete his MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. His quest for knowledge did not end there and he pursued courses at the Country’s most prestigious academic institution i.e. Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He worked with the DCM Shriram Group at their Kota plan in the finance function and post the completion of Management Trainee Program joined the Corporate Finance Function at the Corporate Office.  He worked with the Top Management on various restructuring programs for companies of DCM Shriram Group in Sugar, Power, Plastics, Carbide, Cement and Fertilizer. It is there that he met his best friend Sidharth Jain who later was to become the key for the plunge in entrepreneurship. In the Summer of 2008, Saurabh joined Times Group and started working closely with Mr. Aman Nanda and Mr. Sunder Hemrajani. It was an envigiorating experience to say the least. He worked on the turnaround of loss making (90% networth eroded)  Times OOH to get it back into the black with Industry leadership and worked closely with Mr. Subramanian and Mr. ShekharNarayanswami in the Finance function. In 2010, he led the team that bagged the prestigious Airport Advertising Contract of the Terminal 3 Airport along with International Consultants such as Dennis Sullivan and Lee Lawrence. That experience was one of the most important milestone in his career. In 2012, after hectic pursuance by Sidharth Jain of the dream of opening an own business, Saurabh started Morasauds Retail Private Limited and worked on the project of delivering Groceries, Vegetables and other home constituents. He was able to make it profitable in 2012 November but lack of funds along with serious backache got the better of him and he had to shut down the business in May 2013.

In the Dead and ColdDelhi winters of 2012, he got a call from a previous colleague of his at Times OOH – Mr. Deepak Srivastav and what we did is a public story. We used to meet at the tea Café in Saket in Delhi and on 8th Dec 2012 over a bottle of Jack Daniels we found a partner in each other for what was to be called Glovision Media. Since then neither of us has looked back in time with clients across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Growing.

In 2014, with various innovations happening across industries, we two (SJ and DS) (The DUO, henceforth) thought about this Neighborhood Media and its opportunity to create difference. Since then the growth has been a catalyst for a slew of OOH innovation and result oriented campaigns.

The organization just kept growing and look where we are. I don’t want to pit numbers as the big growth Delta is yet to come and therefore NO NUMBERS but we are big for an ad agency of our turnover and we aim to become the biggest show in town just like “The ROCK” aka WWE used to say “ IF YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING”… Hope the right people get the smell of what Glovision Media is COOKING.
